Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be raised before access to training or digital content is provided.

Refunds are applicable only if requested before training commencement or content access.

Once training starts or materials are accessed, fees are non-refundable.

In case of failed payments, the amount will be reversed automatically as per payment gateway timelines.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
